The performance of these products is complemented by world-class systems that enable us to provide a wide range of color management solutions.
Uvisleeve is the market leading UV Flexo ink for shrink applications. It has been engineered to work with all shrink films including the latest versions of “green” substrates (PETG and PLA). It offers the highest opacity on the market. The slip and flexibility requirements unique to shrink processing have been optimized for ultimate speed and shrink ability.
The white performs well over waterbased colors when UV curing is available and ultimate opacity and slip characteristics are required.
UVivid 800 Series UV Flexo inks offer superb dot reproduction, maintain crisp print definition and sharp copy and clean reverses without the gain typical of water or solvent based flexo inks. UVivid 800 Series have good flow, leveling properties and a high gloss level. Intercoat adhesion and trapping is particularly good, and can be printed over or under other UV inks.
UVivid 800-311 Opaque White EL white may be overprinted with thermal transfer, ink jet, ion deposition, dot matrix, or laser imaging.
UVivid 800 Series was developed to be used with the finest anilox roll cell counts available to maximize print quality, and improve ink mileage.
UVivid 820 Series UV Flexo inks are designed with the same excellent print characteristics as UVivid 800 but with a modified rheology for use specifically with Arpeco presses.
UVivid 850 Series UV Flexo inks are designed for use with multiple substrates, including PET, PVC, and others. UVivid 850 Fujifilm Sericol inks offer superb dot reproduction, maintain crisp print definition, sharp copy and clean reverses without the gain typical of water or solvent based flexo inks.
The UVivid 850 Series also have good flow and leveling properties and a high gloss level. Intercoat adhesion and trapping is particularly good, and these inks can be printed over or under other UV inks.
The UVivid 800 Series Varnish Line consists of 6 different clears designed for different applications and demands. This product line is being launched to both offer new and improved products to narrow web printers but also to reduce cost providing an opportunity to be more price competitive in the market. The line includes a high gloss, matte, scuff resistant, super scuff resistant and imprintable varnishes.
