The OMAP is an application package that enables optical discs to be printed on the Fujifilm Acuity 2504 and Acuity Advance UV digital flatbed printer. This is a process where the optical discs are placed onto location pins fixed onto precision “trays” which are registered via “lays” to the standard vacuum bed of the Acuity. The trays each hold 18 discs and the bed will accommodate 8 trays totalling 144 discs per print of the bed.
