. . . We printed excellent quality dots using 85 and 100 line screens
. . . no curing problems whatsoever with the Intense set of inks, whether it was based back or run full strength on the in-line press
. . . been running FLEX and RIGID for months now on both their Thieme 5000 in-line and the M & R Processor without a single hiccup
. . . the press ran faster - at least 25% faster and color came to density very quickly, and stayed consistent over the entire run
. . . temperature early morning was 20 degrees - shop around 55 for whole 3 days, inks left in screen. They just started printing - checking register, and third sheet was same as sign-off sheet almost 72 hours prior
. . . white was uniformly looking so white – current ink we use looked more course – your dot clarity and sharpness allowed for color and white area to be where they were supposed to be
. . . the colors pop more, hold the 3/4 tones and higher open
. . . the dots feel much flatter, squeegees are running faster, and still the prints look the same as if printing at slower speeds
. . . Rheology's of the various colors are the same, and we are able to run the presses faster with no ink flow issues. Color is excellent.
. . . This new ink of yours prints beautifully, laying a very low profile dot. Our pressmen have been able to increase the press speeds, printability and color quality has improved. And the faster curing gives us one less worry. Just one word for Uvispeed . . . WOW!
. . . we were able to achieve acceptable color faster than ever before. The color achieved is closer to the proof than we were able to get using our current supplier. Faster setups and print speeds mean more productivity.
