Fuji Photo Film Co Ltd Purchases Sericol Group Ltd

London, England – FUJIFILM Sericol Ltd, formerly known as Sericol Group Ltd — a leading manufacturer of specialist screen and digital inks — announced today that Fuji Photo Film Co Ltd, based in Tokyo, Japan has completed its acquisition of the company as a wholly owned subsidiary. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Sericol’s global headquarters will remain in Broadstairs, Kent.
