MeshPrep

A selection of mesh preps which have proven cleaning and degreasing performance. Xtend is formulated to optimize the adhesion of emulsion to the mesh, and prolong stencil life. Xtend mesh preps condition the fabric to prevent pinholes and fish eyes caused by dust and grease contamination. Can be applied manually by brush, or via the Xtend air powered spray pump system.

Press Wash

A range of non-greasy press washes designed to quickly and effectively clean ink and contaminants from screens while on press. Xtend press washes evaporate rapidly to reduce press downtime, without locking inks into the screen, and reduce haze problems further down the screen reclaiming process. Xtend press washes can be used with a manual hand pump dispenser, or dispensed via the Xtend air powered spray pump system.

Ink Degradent

Each Xtend ink degradent is a carefully balanced combination of solvents and surfactants, which ensure effective ink removal at the end of a print run. Using solvents designed to break down and dissolve ink resins, Xtend Ink Degradents clean quickly, and efficiently, reducing the need for haze removers later in the screen cleaning process. Xtend ink
degradents can be applied manually or dispensed via the Xtend air powered spray pump system. They are also suitable for use with automatic screen cleaning machines.

A range of stencil remover concentrates formulated with high levels of active ingredients to ensure the complete removal of emulsion, and pH balanced to guarantee consistency. Xtend stencil removers will rapidly remove all direct, direct/indirect and capillary stencils. Can be applied manually by brush, or via the Xtend air powered spray pump system.

Xtreme PowerBond Adhesives

Xtreme PowerBond is a complete line of instant and two part adhesives with superior performance in a variety of production environments,
including automatic reclaim applications. The Xtreme PowerBond adhesive range is comprised of two basic adhesive technologies.
The Instant adhesive was engineered for the use with a priming accelerator to instantaneously activate the liquid adhesive. The Two-part adhesive utilizes the addition of a liquid catalyst before the adhesive is applied to the surface and then air dried. Xtreme PowerBond Screen Adhesive Technology offers unique chemistry which improves performance with superior bond strength, faster set speeds, greater flexibility, and higher temperature, solvent and impact resistance.
