Base Coat White Fast
curing screen print base coat white, which forms an excellent
base for high definition picture print quality. SERIDISC ‘DVD
Whites’ combines opacity with cure, tape and crosshatch
adhesion. Printed through a 380.31PW Xtreme Screen, its specially
engineered surface allows optimum offset ink transfer plus high
mileage.

Offset Process Inks Highly
pigmented UV process inks for wet on dry offset printing. Especially
developed with and approved by Kammann, Europe’s leading
machine manufacturer. SERIDISC OF inks cure reliably fast and
produce bright, vivid images. Finished prints will produce a
high gloss finish, which often avoids the need for over varnishing.
Regardless of the print run length, SERIDISC OF inks are extremely
stable and consistent during production, making sure that Disc
#20 looks exactly the same as Disc #20.000.
SERIDISC Overprint
Varnish Screen printable varnish
with excellent flow properties.
SERIDISC DVD varnishes produce optimum clarity and gloss but
without any drip through problems during production stops. This
makes it the ideal choice for overprinting either Screen or
Offset prints.
